How to place an order 

  1. click on product(s) you want by selecting from the category on the left hand side of the page, if you are not sure under which category to find it, enter it into the search box at the top of the page
  2. click on the desired product
  3. if you want other related products, click on the 'related products'
  4. you then enter the quantity you want and click on the 'add to cart' . it will add it to your cart total on the top right hand side of the page
  5. to select another product, simply repeat the above
  6. when you are done, you can either 'view cart' or' check out'
  7. you can either, 'update', 'continue shopping' or 'check out' when you view your cart
  8. you then register as a new customer (highly recommended) or use the guest check out
  9. click on 'check out' again on the left side of the page
  10. select 'shipping method' and then 'continue'
  11. click on 'payment method', 'terms and conditions' and then 'continue'
  12. enter coupon code (its case sensitive) if you have one and 'confirm''
  13. you should receive a confirmation email
  14. finally, 'like' us on facebook to get regular first hand updates



      What payment methods do you accept?
 

You will be given directions to pay once you have concluded with your shopping and have closed your cart.

For now, you only have the bank transfer option. So just click on that when asked.

You will be given the bank details for payment.

     What shipping options are available?
 
Courier services such as DHL, EMS or the like. You will have the option to choose. But in the case that we need to get your order to you as soon as possible, we might change the option, but you will be informed of such changes.
 
      What is a Promotional Code (Promo. Code)?
 
Promotional Codes are occasionally distributed to our newsletter subscribers and trade show attendees. Subscribe to our newsletters. It is case sensitive.
 
     How quickly should I expect a response to my online order?
 
You will receive an email confirmation of your order. Most email receipts are received within fifteen minutes. If you do not immediately receive your receipt, please allow up to twenty-four hours for an email response before contacting us. If you have not received your receipt, please also check your SPAM folder, as it may have been automatically stopped and moved into your SPAM or Junk Mail folder instead of being sent to your inbox.
